Welcome to Onelink Rentals. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Onelink Rentals (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding the booking, rental, and use of our luxury vehicles (“Services”) within the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”).
Please read these Terms carefully before engaging our Services. By booking, paying for, or using a vehicle provided by Onelink Rentals, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with any booking or rental.
1. Eligibility to Rent
1.1 Customers must:
Be at least 21 years of age for most vehicles. Certain high-performance or exotic vehicles may require a minimum age of 25 years.
Possess a valid UAE driving licence (for residents) or an international driving permit (IDP) accompanied by a valid home country licence (for tourists).
Provide appropriate identification: Emirates ID (residents) or passport with valid visa/entry stamp (non-residents).
1.2 Onelink Rentals reserves the right to refuse service if eligibility requirements are not met.
2. Booking, Payment & Security Deposit
2.1 Bookings may be made online, by phone, or in person. Confirmation is subject to vehicle availability.
2.2 Full payment of rental fees must be made prior to vehicle handover unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include 5% VAT as required by UAE law.
2.3 A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle collection. The deposit is held to cover traffic fines, tolls, damages, or incidental charges.
Deposit amounts vary by vehicle type.
Refunds are typically processed within 21 working days following vehicle return, subject to clearance of fines and violations from Dubai Police and the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
3. Rental Period & Extensions
3.1 The rental period begins at the agreed collection time and ends when the vehicle is returned to Onelink Rentals.
3.2 Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional payment.
3.3 Late returns beyond the agreed time may incur hourly or daily overstay charges.
4. Vehicle Use & Restrictions
4.1 The Customer agrees to operate the vehicle responsibly and in compliance with UAE traffic laws.
4.2 Prohibited uses include:
Off-road driving, desert driving, or racing.
Drifting, drag racing, or reckless driving.
Using the vehicle for towing or carrying heavy loads.
Smoking inside the vehicle (cleaning fee applies for violations).
Sub-renting, lending, or transferring the vehicle to third parties.
Using the vehicle for commercial passenger transport (including ride-hailing apps) without written authorization.
4.3 Unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited. Only the Customer and named additional drivers (approved by Onelink Rentals) may operate the vehicle.
5. Insurance & Accidents
5.1 All vehicles include basic insurance coverage in accordance with UAE law. Additional coverage options such as Comprehensive Insurance or Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) may be purchased.
5.2 In the event of an accident or damage, the Customer must:
Call Dubai Police (999) and obtain an official police report.
Immediately notify Onelink Rentals.
5.3 Failure to obtain a police report will result in the Customer being held fully liable for all damages and losses.
5.4 Insurance does not cover damages arising from:
Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances.
Unauthorized drivers operating the vehicle.
Off-road use, negligence, or reckless driving.
Loss of personal belongings inside the vehicle.
6. Traffic Fines, Tolls & Violations
6.1 The Customer is fully responsible for:
All traffic fines and penalties during the rental period.
Salik toll charges incurred while using the vehicle.
Parking fines or violations issued by Dubai Municipality or other authorities.
6.2 Onelink Rentals reserves the right to deduct such charges from the Customer’s deposit or charge the registered payment method.
7. Fuel Policy & Mileage
7.1 Vehicles are provided with a full fuel tank and must be returned with a full tank. Refueling charges will apply otherwise.
7.2 Each rental includes a daily mileage limit (e.g., 250 km/day unless specified otherwise). Excess mileage will be charged at the applicable per-kilometer rate.
8. Vehicle Condition & Responsibilities
8.1 The Customer must inspect the vehicle upon collection and report any existing damages.
8.2 During the rental period, the Customer must:
Maintain the vehicle in good condition.
Refrain from tampering with odometers, GPS systems, or electronics.
Use only approved fuel types.
Report any mechanical issues promptly.
8.3 Any damages or missing accessories (keys, documents, etc.) are chargeable to the Customer.
9. Cancellation, Refunds & No-Shows
9.1 Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a refund minus an administrative fee.
9.2 Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
9.3 Customers who fail to show up for their booking without prior notice will forfeit the entire rental fee.
9.4 Early returns are non-refundable.
10. Termination of Rental
Onelink Rentals may immediately terminate the rental agreement and reclaim the vehicle if:
The Customer violates any terms of this agreement.
The Customer operates the vehicle illegally or recklessly.
Payment is dishonored or reversed.
In such cases, rental fees will not be refunded, and the deposit may be withheld.
11. Indemnity
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Onelink Rentals, its employees, and affiliates from all claims, damages, liabilities, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:
The Customer’s use or misuse of the vehicle.
Traffic accidents, violations, or fines.
Third-party claims resulting from the Customer’s negligence.
12. Limitation of Liability
Onelink Rentals’ liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the rental. The Company shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of income, time, or business opportunities.
Personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the rental period.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
13.1 Onelink Rentals may collect and process personal information (including Emirates ID, driving licence, passport, and payment details) for rental purposes.
13.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE data protection regulations and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or for processing fines and violations.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
14.2 Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Dubai, UAE.
15. Amendments
Onelink Rentals reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
